18F-FDG PET对不典型肺结节良恶性鉴别诊断初步应用

摘    要:目的研究不典型肺结节18F-FDG PET 影像类型、显像特征及在良恶性鉴别诊断中的应用价值.方法对119例不典型肺结节行18F-FDG PET显像,根据肺结节代谢水平和结节以外放射性摄取灶进行影像分型.结果单发高代谢肺结节(Ⅰ型)72例、单发低代谢肺结节(Ⅱ)35 例、多发高代谢肺结节(Ⅲ)6例及多发低代谢肺结节(Ⅳ)6例.Ⅰa型、Ⅰb型、Ⅰd型多为恶性,诊断准确率分别为90.9%、95.4%、100%;Ⅱa型和Ⅱb型良性居多,准确率为91.6%和92.8%,以上5种亚型占全部病例78.9%.结论利用18F-FDG PET代谢影像类型和特征,可对不典型肺结节的良恶性作出进一步鉴别.
