摘    要:并行磁共振成像技术已在MRI领域被广泛应用。本研究提出一种新的并行成像方法,命名为GRAPPA-SENSE。此法应用GRAPPA (generalized autocalibrating partially parallel acquisitions)算法内插出部分K空间中心未采集数据,生成更为精确的SC-SENSE (self-calibrating sensitivity encoding)重建算法所需的线圈敏感度函数。标准水模实验证明此方法可改善图像质量。

Abstract:Parallel magnetic resonance image technology has been widely used in MRI field. A novel method named as GRAPPA-SENSE was proposed in this paper. GRAPPA-SENSE was developed using generalized autocalibrating partially parallel acquisitions (GRAPPA) algorithm to intervene more missing lines in central K-space in order to generate accurate coil sensitivities for self-calibrating sensitivity encoding (SC-SENSE) algorithm. This method was tested by using experimental data of a standard water phantom, and the results demonstrated that the image quality had been improved.
