摘    要:目的探讨1H磁共振波谱(1H MRS)定量检测脂肪肝的可行性.方法对B超筛选出的20例健康志愿者及18例弥漫性脂肪肝患者分别行常规MR平扫、1H MRS成像,得到水和脂质波峰,利用GE Functool软件进行分析,测量各峰值与波峰下面积,与B超所得结果进行比较.结果 1例超声诊断为脂肪肝患者在波谱成像时未出现明显脂峰, 余1H MRS所得波谱曲线与B超声像图测量结果一致,正常组与病例组水峰无明显差异,而脂质峰有显著差异, 并且病例组内脂峰也有差异.结论 1H MRS可以对脂肪肝进行定量分析.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility of quantitative detecting fatty liver by 1H MR spectroscopy ( 1H MRS) imaging. Methods Eighteen patients with diffuse fatty liver and 20 healthy volunteers screened out by ultrasonography underwent conventional MR scan, 1H MRS imaging, and H_2O peak and lipid peak were acquired. The peak value was measured and the areas under the peaks were calculated by GE Functool software, and were compared with the results of ultrasonography. Results The results of 1H MRS were in accordance with the results of ultrasonography except in one case. H_2O peak had no obvious difference between the two groups, but lipid peak had obvious difference between the two groups, also in cases of fatty liver. Conclusion 1H MRS imaging provides the possibility of quantitative detecting fatty liver.
