微波消融人离体子宫肌瘤与猪离体肌组织的对比观察

摘    要:目的 比较单导植入式微波消融人离体子宫肌瘤与猪离体肌组织的异同点,探讨微波消融离体猪肌组织的各项参数对临床微波消融子宫肌瘤的指导和参考价值.方法 采用单导2450 MHz微波,作用功率50 W,作用时间300 s,分别进行离体肌组织和离体子宫肌瘤消融,对比观察消融区形态、范围、消融时声像图表现、病理表现等参数.结果 同剂量微波消融离体子宫肌瘤的范围小于离体肌组织范围;二者消融时的声像图表现及消融形态类似.肌瘤被膜不连续处有热外泄.结论 微波消融离体猪肌组织的各项参数对临床微波消融子宫肌瘤有指导和参考价值.

Abstract:Objective To compare the difference of in vitro human uterine leiomyoma (UL) and pig muscular tissues (PMT) when undergoing single implanted antenna microwave ablation (MWA), so as to discuss the value of parameters of MWA used in PMT in vitro for clinical MWA therapy of leiomyoma. Methods PMT ablation with frequency of 2450 MHz, power of 50 W and action time of 300 s was performed on the UL and PMT in vitro. The ablation shape and size, the sonographic appearance and the pathologic results were observed and compared. Results The ablated zone was smaller in UL than in PMT in vitro with the same output power and action time; the ablated shape and sonographic appearance of in vitro UL and PMT were similar. There was thermal leak when the leiomyoma velamen was uncontinuous. Conclusion The parameters of MWA in PMT in vitro have consulted value for clinical MWA therapy for UL.
