| 摘 要： | 目的 观察急性脑梗死患者 (ACI)超敏 C反应蛋白 (hs CRP) ,并探讨hs CRP与其他危险因子的关系。方法 选择 93例ACI患者 ,测定血清hs CRP水平 ,同时测血压 (BP)、血糖 (BS)、血小板计数 (PTL)、纤维蛋白原 (FIB)和血脂参数 ,并观察患者神经系统缺损程度 ,并进行相关性分析。结果 hs CRP与BS、FIB、SBP、TG显著正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。hs CRP水平与ACI患者神经系统缺损程度相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 BS、FIB、SBP、TG是CRP升高的相关因素。hs -CRP水平升高可能可作为病情评估的指标之一

| Abstract: | Objective To study the level of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in acute cerebral infarct(ACI)and the correlation between hs-CRP and the other risk factors.Methods Levels of hs-CRP,BP,BS,PTL,FIB and TG were measured in 93 ACI patients.The degree of nerve damage and correlation were analysed.Results There was a significant correlation between hs-CRP and BS,FIB,SBP,TG(P<0.05).There was a correlation between hs-CRP and the degree of nerve damage(P<0.01).Conclusion BS,FIB,SBP and TG are the correlation factors of hs-CRP elevation.The levels of hs-CRP elevation can be used as one of the assessment indexes of patient's conditions. |
