| 摘 要： | 目的住院病人发生腹泻原因分析,给临床治疗正确的提示。方法通过病人大便培养,了解病人肠道菌群状况。结果部分住院病人由于用药过多,免疫力低下,正常肠道菌群失调所致腹泻。结论临床医生注意保护病人的肠道菌群,至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the diarrhea cause of so me patient in intensive care units(ICU),give a good suggestion to clinic treatment .Methods The flora condition of intestine had been learn by stool bacteria culture.Results These patients had been used a lot of drugs,in which lead to normal bacterial flora of the gastrointest inal tract disappear,bacteria occur transversion,immunity low and diarrhea occur .Conclusion Clinic doctor should close protect patient's bacterial flora of the gastrointestinal tract. |
