奥扎格雷联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨奥扎格雷联合依达拉奉在急性脑梗死（ACI）患者中的应用疗效。方法120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为：治疗组：奥扎格雷联合依达拉奉治疗40例，对照组：单用奥扎格雷（A组）40例，单用依达拉奉（B组）40例，分别测治疗00，7，14d的CRP，D-二聚体，并进行神经功能缺损和日常生活能力指数（BI）评分。结果两组患者基础病情无明显差异情况下，治疗后血浆CRP和D-二聚体含量均较治疗前明显下降，神经功能缺损评分明显好转，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；但A、B两组间比较无明显差异（P〉0．05），治疗组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥扎格雷联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死，较单独应用治疗效果明显。

The therapeutic observation of Edaravone combined with Ozagrel in treatment for Acute Cerebral In-farction

Objective To investigate the therapeutic of Edaravone combined with Ozagrel in treatment for Acute Cerebral Infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients acute ischemic cerebral infarction were random-ly divided into therapy group which treated with Edaravone combined with Ozagrel and control group which trea-ted with Ozagrel solo(group A) and treated with Edaravone solo( group B) ,the C-reactive protein(CRP) and D-dimmer were measured at 0 st day,7 st day,and 14 st day,the uncontrol of nervus and Barthel index(BI)were marked. Results The two groups patients had no difference in conditions,, It has marked difference in C-reac-tive protein(CRP), D-dimmer, the uncontrol of nervus after treatment, (P<0.01) ,but no difference in group A and group B (P>0.05). The therapy group and control group has marked difference. (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic of Edaravone combined with Ozagrcl in treatment for Acute Cerebral Infarction was batter than treated solo.
