| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前置重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段粉粹性骨折的临床疗效。方法对42例粉碎性锁骨中段骨折的病例，采用重建钢板前置内固定治疗。结果42例随访3～21个月，均获愈合，时间为2—5个月，平均为2．5个月。功能：优28例（66．7％），良12例（28．6％），可2例（4．7％），优良率为95．3％。结论前置重建钢板治疗锁骨中段粉粹性骨折，复位好，固定稳，有利于患者早期进行肩关节功能锻炼，是一种可靠的治疗方法，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect on treatment of middle clavicular splintered fractures by using the Anterior reconstruction plate internal fixation. Methods To observe the curative effect of 42 cases of middle clavicular splintered fractures post-operation of Anterior reconstruction plate internal fixation.Results Followed up 3 to 21 Months, all 42 cases gets fracture of union, average time is 2.5 month. 95.3% ca-ses' Fuction is fine. Conclusion Anterior reconstruction plate internal fixation is an effective treatment to mid-dle clavicular splintered fractures. |
