妊娠率与取卵术中音乐疗法的相关性研究

目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）术妇女，经阴道B超穿刺取卵术中应用音乐疗法，对临床妊娠效果的影响。方法将400例经阴道B超穿刺取卵术患者随机分为音乐组290例，对照组110例，分别于取卵术中应用和不用音乐疗法比较两组的临床妊娠率。结果音乐组临床妊娠率为38．3％^[1]，护理组为26．2％．两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在取卵术中应用音乐疗法，显著提高了体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）术妇女临床妊娠率。

The relatetion research about pregnancy rate and music therapy during cocyte retrieval

Objective This aticle will disscuss the pregnancy rate of women who underwent In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET)and cocyte retrieval by vaginal ultrasound,during the operation will apply music therapy.Methods 400 csses who underwent cocyte retrieval by vaginal B-puncture were randomly divided into 290 cases(apply music therapy)and 110 cases(control group),respectively compare clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups of the application of music therapy and do not have during cocyte retrieval.Raesults The clinical pregnancy rate of applied music was 38.3%[1],The rate of control group was 26.2%,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion If appdjed music tjerapy during cocyte retrieval,,the clinical pregnancy rate will significantly improved during the women underwent In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer (IVF-ET)
