腹腔镜治疗小儿斜疝的器械自行改进及应用

目的探讨腹腔镜配合自行改进的注射器针头荷包缝扎内环口周边腹膜治疗小儿斜疝内环口关闭术的应用价值。方法将4-o丝线穿人一次性7号注射器针头在腹腔镜下，用器械辅助钳配合，荷包缝合内环口治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝。结果50例手术每侧时间约5～10min，治愈50例，发现隐匿性疝7例，均一次手术，随访无复发、恢复快。结论应用该技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝，具有疗效确切，创伤小、手术时间短、副损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、术后美观无瘢痕、无复发等优越性。能及时发现隐匿疝，一次完成双侧手术，避免二次手术。使用自行改进的手术器械，设计合理，操作简便，创伤更小，成本更低，可在有条件的基层医院推广。

Laparoscopic hernia treatment of ramps to improve the equipment and application

Objective Investigate the applied value of using laparoseope and syringe needle improved by ourselves,in purse string suture peritoneum of inner ring to heal children indirect hernia.Methods use No.7 synnge needle with No.4 silk thread,matching with the laparoseope and apparatus assistance pliers,in purse string suture peritoneum of inner ring to heal children indirect hernia.Results There are 50 cases,each side of one case needs about 5～10 min and all is cured.Discovered 7 concealed hernia,and just need only one operation:follow up and no recurrence,recuperate quickly.Conclusion Apply this operation technique to heal pedoindirect hernia,have much superiority:therapeutic effect is obvious,trauma is slisht,recuperation is quick,no recurrence,tresis vulnus have no scar formation.Discover concealed hernia in time,complete a pajr of sides surgical operation in one time,avoid one more surgical operation.This surgical operation technique is improved by ourselves,designed reasonablly,operated conveniently and the trauma is smaller.This operation is easy to be accepted and can be expanded in the conditioned basic level hospital.
