青少年颈椎病的综合治疗和预防

目的探讨青少年颈椎病的发病因素、治疗及预防。方法128例青少年颈椎病患者分为两组，治疗组68例（采用传统中医整脊手法＋综合物理治疗＋颈部保健操＋合理的预防措施）、对照组60例（综合物理治疗＋口服药物、外用膏药）。治疗前、后对两组患者采用颈椎病临床评价量表（CASCS）评测。结果治疗后，两组患者的CASCS评分均较治疗前明显提高（P〈0．05），但治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论综合治疗青少年颈椎病疗效显著，有效的预防可明显降低颈椎病的发病。

Comprehensive treatment and prevention of teenagers with cervical vertebra disease

Objective To observe the cause and therapy and prevention of teenagers with cervical vertebra diseas. Methods 128 teenagers with cervical vertebra disease were divided into the trial group(n =68)and control group(n = 60). The trial group treated with the Chiropractic techniques of traditional Chinese medicine, physical therapy, cervical vertebra gymnastics and Reasonable preventive measures. The control group treated with physical therapy, Oral drug and Plaster. All cases of two groups were evaluated with CASCS before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the CASCS scores of all cases improved significantly (P＜ 0.05). But the effect of the trial group was significantly superior to that of the control group (P＜ 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive Treatment is effective on cervical vertebra disease of teenagers. The effective Prevention can Significantly reduce the rate of cervical vertebra disease.
