冠状动脉搭桥术前后心电图变化研究

目的研究冠状动脉搭桥术前后心电图改变。方法对24例冠脉病变患者在入院做冠状动脉搭桥术前、术后第1周、2～4周及1个月后各记录常规12导联或18导联心电图。结果与术前比较，术后第1周窦速、早搏、异常Q波、多导联ST段抬高均较前明显增多，ST-T改变较前明显，2周以后上述改变显著减少或消失。结论冠状动脉搭桥患者由于手术创伤、再灌注损伤等原因致使术后早期出现上述心电图变化，此后逐渐减少至术前水平或消失。

Coronary artery bypass surgery and electrocardiogram changes

Objective To research of coronary artery bypass surgery and electrocardiogram changes.Methods 24 cases of coronary artery disease in patients with three lesions were doing coronary artery bypass preoperative and postoperative first 1 week ,2 ～4 week and 1 months after each record regular 12-lead or 18 lead electrocardiogram. Results Compared with the preoperative and postoperative first 1 W sinus, premature beat,abnormal Q wave,lead st-elevation are significantly increased, ST-T changed significant; after 2 week the change significantly reduce or disappear. Conclusion Coronary artery patients with surgical trauma, and pitched reperfusion injury early postoperative reasons causing the electrocardiogram, then change to the preoperative level gradually decrease or disapper.
