糖尿病患者胰高血糖素样肽-1在糖耐量试验前后的变化及意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者胰高血糖素样肽-1(glucagon-like peptical-1,GLP-1)水平与血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 2型糖尿病患者50例(糖尿病组)及体检健康者30例(对照组),2组均禁食10h后行糖耐量试验,采集空腹及餐后2h血标本,分别检测血浆葡萄糖、胰岛素、GLP-1水平。结果糖尿病组空腹及餐后2h血糖明显高于对照组(P<0.05),餐后2hGLP-1水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),空腹和餐后2h胰岛素水平及空腹GLP-1水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者餐后2hGLP-1水平较正常人明显降低;餐后GLP-1分泌水平可反映2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能受损程度。

Change of glucagon-like peptide-1 before and after glucose tolerance test in patients with diabetes mellitus and its significance

Objective To study the relationship of glucagons-like peptide-1(GLP-1) levels with plasma glucose,insulin and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Fifty patients with T2DM and 30 healthy controls underwent oral glucose tolerance test after fasting for 10 hours.The fasting and 2-hour blood samples were collected respectively to determine plasma glucose,insulin and GLP-1 concentrations.Results The fasting and 2-hour glucose levels were significantly higher,and 2-hour GLP-1 levels were significantly lower in T2DM patients than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in fasting and 2-hour postprandial insulin levels as well as the fasting GLP-1 levels between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of 2-hour GLP-1 is lower in pationts with T2DM than that in healthy controls.The postprandial secretion of GLP-1 level can reflect the degree of impairment of islet function in T2DM patients.
