| 摘 要： | 目的探讨本体感觉神经肌肉促进法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的治疗效果。方法 98例颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者随机分为本体感觉神经肌肉促进法治疗组(PNF治疗组)和关节镜灌洗术治疗组各49例,评定2组治疗后颞下颌关节功能恢复情况。结果 2组治疗后开口度均较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),关节咬合均改善,2组治疗后各观察指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本体感觉神经肌肉促进法可有效治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征,可作为关节镜灌洗术替代治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) on temporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome(TMD).Methods A total of 98 patients with TMD were randomly divided into treatment group receiving PNF and control group receiving arthroscopic lavage therapy,with 48 patients in each group.Temporomandibular function was assessed after treatment in two groups.Results The mandibular movement was improved,VAS was lower(P<0.05),and the joint structure was improved in two groups after treatment in comparison with before treatment(P<0.05),which showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion PNF technique can effectively treat TMD,and can replace arthroscopic lavage. |
