经皮冠状动脉成形术后冠心病患者血浆内皮素、血栓素B2、6-酮-前列腺素F1a水平变化的研究

摘    要:目的探讨血管活性物质血浆内皮素(ET)、血栓素B2(TXBa)、6-酮前列腺素F1a(6-keto—PGF1a)与再狭窄的变化规律。方法用放射免疫法测定41例冠心病患者术前及术后30min、1d、3d的血浆ET、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a的浓度。结果PTCA术后血浆ET水平30min较术前显著降低(P〈0.05),术后1、3d与术前差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);术后血浆TXB2水平30min、1d及3d与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05),术后血浆6-keto-PGF1a水平30min较术前显著降低(P〈0.05),术后1、3d与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0。05)。结论PTcA术后可引起冠状动脉循环ET、TXB2、6-keto—PGF1a的波动,研究这些血管活性物质的变化规律,对PTCA急性闭塞和远期再狭窄的预防有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the regularity of changes of plasma endothelin(ET),thromboxame B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin Flo (6-keto-PGFlo) and restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTCA) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Radioimmunoassay was applied to measuring plasma levels of ET,TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a at 0,30 rain, 1 day and 3 days after PTCA in 41 patients with coronary heart disease. Results The level of ET in the patients with coronary heart disease was significantly decreased in 30 minutes after PTCA (P〈0.05), but no significant difference was observed in 1 day and 3 days after PTCA (P〉0. 05). The level of plasma TXB2 has no statistical difference after PTCA in 30minutes, 1 day and 3 days (P〉0.05). The level of 6-keto-prostaglandin FI~ (6-keto-PGFlo) of the patients with coronary heart disease was significantly declined in 30 minutes after PTCA (P〈0.05), but no significant difference was observed in 1 day and 3 days after PTCA (P〉0. 05). Conclusion PTCA may lead to fluctuation of plasma levels of ET, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a. The clarification of changing regularity of these vasoactive substances contributes to prevention of acute artery occlusion or restenosis after PTCA.
