手术时机对高血压脑出血患者康复影响的研究

目的 :探讨不同手术时机对高血压脑出血 (HICH)患者康复影响的临床意义。方法 :对 37例采用超早期手术 (发病后 6小时内 )和 4 3例延迟手术 (发病后 8～ 15 6小时 )治疗的患者的临床康复情况进行对照比较。结果 :超早期手术患者意识恢复快 ,并发症发生率低 ,神经功能恢复快 ,3个月后日常生活能力 (ADL )评定优于延迟手术者。结论 :超早期手术治疗 HICH的临床康复疗效显著 ,有手术指征患者应积极争取超早期手术。

Effect of timing of operation on the rehabilitation of the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the effect of timing of operation on the rehabilitation of the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The rehabilitation in 37 patients that were operated on 6 hours after the admission and 43 patients operated later than 6 hours was compared.Results:The recovery of consciousness and nervous function was quicker and the rate of complications was lower in the early operation group than those in the later operation group,and the quality of daily life (ADL) in 3 months after operation was better as well.Conclusions:Early operation on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is beneficial for functional recovery,and the patients who have indication for operation should be operated on the early stage.
