| 摘 要： | 目的探讨维生素D中毒肾钙质沉着的超声表现。方法对12例维生素D中毒肾钙质沉着患者临床症状消失后肾脏超声表现进行总结分析。结果维生素D中毒肾钙质沉着超声表现为锥体边缘小灶状回声增强、锥体边缘环状回声增强及整个锥体回声增强。结论维生素D中毒肾钙质沉着通常超声表现为3种影像，且是不可逆的超声表现。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the ultrasound findings of nephrocalcinosis caused by vitamin D intoxication. Methods Ultrasonographic findings in 12 cases of nephrocalcinosis caused by vitamin D intoxication without any symptoms were analyzed. Resnits The uhrasonographic findings were focal hyperechogenicity of pyramides renales and ring hyperechogenieity of pyramides females and hyperechogenicity of pyramides renales. Conclusion There are usually kinds of ultrasound findings of nephrocalcinosis caused by vitamin D intoxication and it can not resume. |
