Contrast analysis on HBV markers and HBV DNA for 1 006 cases of patients in Longdong area of Gansu province

Objective To study the relationship between HBV markers and the copies of HBV DNA for human in Longdong area of Gansu province. Methods Detect HBV markers and the copies of HBV DNA of 1 006 cases of serum samples, and make statistics analysis on the results. Results In the 368 cases of HbsAg＋/eAg＋/cAb＋, the number of HBV DNA（＋） was 326 （88.59%）, and the average HBV DNA level was 2.93 ×10^7 copies/mL; In the 364 cases of HbsAg＋/eAb＋/cAb＋, the number of HBV DNA（＋） was 180（49.45%）, with the average level of 6.62 ×10^6 copies/mL; In the 50 cases of HbsAb＋/eAb＋/cAb＋, the number ofHBV DNA（＋） was 4, and the average level was 8.42 ×10^4 copies/mL; In the 28 cases in which HBVm assay showed negative result, the number of HBV DNA（＋） was 2, with the average level of 2.84 ×10^4 copies/mL. Conclusion In all kinds of serotypes, the level of HBV DNA in HBeAg -positive samples reached the peak. Among the cases of HbsAb＋/eAb＋/cAb＋, HBV DNA-positive samples were still existing, with a middle level. But, among the cases in which HBVm were all absence, HBV DNA-positive samples still existed.
