| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床护理工作对药理学知识的需求,积极探索用药护理新教材建设。方法以访谈法拟定问卷,用问卷形式就护理岗位对药理学相关知识的需求状况进行调查。结果现行供护理专业采用的药理学教材,对高职护生来说存在着适用性、实用性不强等诸多问题。结论应从临床护理工作实际需求出发,淡化学科界限,以护理程序框架来构建新教材的体例,设置新教材内容。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand nurses＇ needs for pharmacology knowledge in clinical nursing,and probe into the new teaching material construction of ＂medication nursing＂. Methods A questionnaire survey of the nurses＇ needs for pharmacology knowledge in different nursing professions was conducted. Results The present pharmacology teaching material didn＇t meet the nursing students＇ needs in aspects of applicability and practicality. Conclusions On the base of actual conditions of clinical nursing,we should break through the limits of the subjects and construct the new teaching material in order to meet nursing students＇ needs. |
