| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对老年女性尿失禁患者自我效能的影响。方法将60例老年女性尿失禁患者随机分为干预组30例和对照组30例。两组均给予常规护理,干预组同时给予3个月的综合护理干预,包括行为干预、心理干预和社会支持。用老年尿失禁自我效能量表(GSE-UI)和国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表(ICIQ-SF)对两组患者干预前后分别进行评定。结果干预3个月后,干预组在ICIQ-SF评分和GSE-UI评分方面,与干预前和对照组同期相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于增强患者的自我效能,改善患者的尿失禁症状。 |
