绘制平面图在手术室低年资护士培训中的应用研究

在对3年以内低年资护士的培训中,科室要求其在2周内完成手术室整体平面图的绘制。通过绘图,低年资护士相关环境知识理论考核成绩提高,对手术室整体布局、手术室常用物品、急救安全通道、灭火栓和灭火器的位置的认识都有所提高,并且能更好地掌握手术间整理规范。

Drawing the floor plan of the operating room in the training of junior operating room nurses

The nurses who worked less than three years were required to draw the floor plan of the operating room within two weeks. By drawing the floor plan,the performance of junior operating room nurses in theory test related to the environment of the operating room was improved. This practice facilitated the junior nurses to understand the layout,common instruments and materials,and the positions of emergency channel,fire hydrant and fire extinguish and the standard arrangement in the operating room.
