开放式实验室管理系统在护理实验室中的应用

目的 应用开放式实验室管理系统,提高护理实验室的科学管理.方法 通过现代网络技术,以校园网为平台,实现护理实验室管理的系统化、规范化、快捷化、信息化.结果 通过实验室的开放式管理,不仅减少了实验室人力物力的消耗,使实验室管理更加合理化,最大限度地实现了资源的利用；还提供实验教学管理服务,完成计划内的各种实验课程；并且结合各实验室实际情况,开展面向学生的开放服务,让学生有机会在课外开展实践和创新.结论 开放式实验室管理系统提高了实验室管理效率和实验室利用率,为学生提供了更多的动手机会；有助于实现个性化的实验教学；培养学生的综合能力和创新精神.

Application of open laboratory management system in management of nursing laboratory

Objective To explore the effect of open laboratory management system in management of nursing laboratory in order to improve scientific management of nursing laboratory.Methods The modern network technology and campus network were used to realize systematic,standardized,convenient and informationlized nursing laboratory management.Results After applying open laboratory management system,we reduced the consumption of human and material resources of the laboratory,managed the laboratory more rationally,and achieved maximum resource utilization.Meanwhile,we provided the experimental teaching management service,completed the program within a variety of experimental course,combined the actual situation of laboratory to open service for nursing students,and created the opportunities of practice and innovation after class for the students.Conclusion The open laboratory management system can improve the efficiency of laboratory management and laboratory utilization and provide more hands-on opportunities for nursing students,which contributes to the realization of individualized experiment teaching and the cultivation of the students＇ comprehensive abilities and innovative spirit.
