护理本科生使用虚拟仿真实验教学项目体验的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨护理本科学生使用虚拟仿真实验教学项目过程中的体验和效果.方法 在284名使用虚拟仿真实验项目的护理学专业本科生中选取9名学生进行半结构访谈,了解其使用体验,并采用主题分析法对资料进行分析.结果 从访谈资料中提取“拓展思维”“系统思维的发展”“从护士角度思考问题”和“对真实情境临床思维的补充”4个主题.结论 虚拟仿真实验教学项目学习可以促进学生护理临床思维的发展.

Abstract:Objective To explore the experiences and effects of participating the virtual simulation experiment teaching project in undergraduate nursing students.Methods A semi-structured interview were conducted with 9 undergraduate nursing students who participated in the virtual simulation experiment teaching project.Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data.Results Four themes emerged from the data includingexpanded clinical thinking,development of systematic thinking,thinking from the standpoints of nurses,andreal-situation supplement to clinical thinking. Conclusion The virtual simulation experiment teaching project can promote the development of clinical thinking among undergraduate nursing students.
