临床护理英语查房的实践与效果

目的探讨临床护理英语查房的方法及效果。方法制订计划并充分准备,以英语查房小组成员为核心,在进行前期培训的基础上,每两个月在病房外籍患者床边进行护理英语查房一次,查房后采用问卷调查外籍患者对查房的反馈和英语查房核心小组成员的满意度。结果外籍患者对临床护理英语查房表示满意,愿意再次参加此类查房;英语查房核心小组成员对查房内容、形式、组织安排、个人收获及查房效果的满意度较高。结论临床护理英语查房有助于提高外籍患者的护理服务质量,提高护理人员的英语水平,可尝试在临床推广应用。

Practice and effects of English nursing rounds

Objective To explore the methods and effects of English nursing rounds. Methods An English nursing rounds team was set up. The team members made nursing rounds plans and received English ward round training. They implemented bedside English nursing rounds for foreign patients once two months. The patients＇ feedback and team members＇ satisfaction were investigated by questionnaires. Results The foreign patients were satisfied with English nursing rounds and they were willing to participate in this round again. The team members showed high satisfaction with the contents,forms,organization and effectiveness of English nursing rounds. Conclusion English nursing rounds can improve the quality of nursing care for foreign patients and promote the English level of nurses, which can be popularized in clinical settings.
