摘    要:目的探讨以问题为基础的学习结合情境模拟教学法在急危重症鼻饲护理技能实训中的实施方法及效果。方法在急危重症患者鼻饲护理临床教学中根据案例提出问题,引导学生查阅资料,组织分析讨论,并设置不同临床情境进行模拟练习。与以往进行传统教学的学生进行理论及操作成绩比较。结果学生的理论考核及实践操作考核成绩有所提高(P<0.05)。结论以问题为基础的学习结合情境模拟的教学方法适合急危重症鼻饲护理临床实训教学,有助于学生更好地掌握相关知识和操作技能。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of problem-based learning combined with scenario simulation in the clinical teaching of nasogastric feeding in critically ill patients. Methods The teachers designed clinical cases of critically ill patients with nasogastric feeding and put forward nursing problems to guide the students to search literatures and discuss in groups and then practice in simulated clinical scenarios. The students' performance in theory test and skills exam was compared with those with traditional teaching method. Results The students' performance in theory test and skills exam was significantly improved(P〈0.05). Conclusion Problem-based learning combined with scenario simulation can be used in the clinical teaching of nasogastric feeding in critically ill patients,which can facilitate the students to master the related knowledge and operation skills.
