护理专业学生职业态度影响因素分析与对策

目的研究护理专业学生的职业态度并分析其影响因素,提出对策指导护理教育的改革实践。方法对我校护理学院437名本科生、高职生、专升本科生进行问卷调研,主要内容包括学生选择护理专业的原因、对护士社会地位评价、对未来职业的态度等14条题目。结果不同学历层次、不同性别、不同受教育年限的护生在择业自主性、选择护理专业的原因以及对护士社会地位的评价等方面存在显著性差异。结论护理人力资源配置不足、不合理的聘用制度、专业歧视的存在、科研力量薄弱等是护生职业态度的主要影响因素。护理教育工作者可通过加强护生职业情感教育、注重护理课程设置的合理性、强化护理教育者的护理信念以及积极探索不同形式的教育模式等途径培养护生正确的职业态度。

Analysis on the influential factors of the professional attitude among the nursing students and strategies

Objective To research the professional attitude of the nursing students and analyze the influential factors in order to propose the strategies to guide the reform of nursing education.Methods In this study,437 nursing students who would get bachelor degrees,junior college diplomas or post-diploma bachelor in the department of nursing were investigated with a questionnaire containing 14 subjects,including the causes of the students' choosing for major of nursing,the evaluation of the social position of nurses,the attitude to the profession in the future and so on.Results There were significant differences in the causes of the students' choosing for major of nursing,the evaluation of the social position of nurses among the students of different diplomas,genders and grades.Conclusion The scarcity of nursing human resources,inconsequential employment,the discrimination against nurses and the weakness of scientific research were the main influential factors.Effective measures should be taken to help nursing educators to cultivate the correct professional attitude of nursing students,including strengthening the professional attitude education,paying more attention to the rationality of curriculum installation,intensifying the educators' assurance in nursing and exploring the different kinds of education models positively.
