疾病与症状结合教学在成人护理教学中的实践

摘    要:在高职护理成人护理教学中采用疾病与症状相结合的教学方式,即以疾病分类组织课堂教学;以症状分类组织课下学习,共有气急、心悸、牙龈出血、腹痛、尿痛、口渴、头痛、腰腿痛8个常见症状,学习后以小组为单位在课上进行汇报,其他组学生和教师共同从课件制作、电子文稿、课堂汇报、答疑4个方面进行评价。疾病与症状相结合有助于学生理解、应用成人护理教学内容。

Abstract:The teaching mode of combination of disease and symptoms was applied in the course of Adult Nursing. The classroom teaching was organized based on the types of disease,while symptom-centered group discussion was implemented after class. The symptoms of dyspnea,palpitation,gingival hemorrhage,bellyache,odynuria,thirst, encephalalgia,and lumbocrural pain were discussed in each group and reported in class. The performance of each group was assessed by both teachers and students in the aspects of Powerpoint design,paper presentation,oral presentation and question answering. This teaching mode can facilitate the students to understand and apply what they learned in Adult Nursing.
