| 摘 要： | 为了加强对学生护理技能和临床实践能力的训练,使学生的在校学习与临床实际工作无缝对接,设计内科、外科、儿科、妇产科教学病例,采用任务驱动教学法,以护理程序为核心,模拟临床护理工作流程,对高职高专护理专业学生进行综合护理技能训练.结果 综合护理技能训练提高了学生的能力.
