摘    要:目的探讨本科实习护生护理情感教育的实践方法。方法在2003级本科护生进临床实习前,对临床带教老师进行培训,采用护士职业态度量表对临床实习结束后2002级和2003级护生进行问卷调查。结果临床实习结束后,试验组(2003级)的职业态度比对照组(2002级)趋于积极,差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.077,P〈0.05)。结论实习护生对护理工作的情感是可以培养的。临床实习阶段是培养护理本科生职业态度的重要阶段,充分发挥临床带教老师对护生护理情感培养的作用,能促进护生对护理工作的积极情感。

Abstract:Objective To explore the practical method of affective education in undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice period. Methods Clinical teachers were trained before undergraduate nursing students enrolled in 2003 began clinical training. After undergraduate students enrolled in 2002 and 2003 completed their clinical training,the Nurse Professional Attitude Scale was used to measure their professional attitude. Results The mean score of professional attitude of students enrolled in 2003 was more positive statistically than that of students enrolled in 2002 after they completed their clinical training(t=-2.077,P〈0.05). Conclusions The professional affection of undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice period can be cultivated. Clinical training stage is the important phase to cultivate undergraduate students' professional attitude,clinical teachers should give full play to professional affective education to promote the students' positive attitude to nursing work.
