围手术期护理技术精品课程的创建与应用研究

摘    要:目的创建围手术期护理技术精品课程,并探讨其应用的效果。方法以护理行业需求为导向,以临床案例为载体,基于手术患者从入院到出院经历手术前护理、麻醉护理、手术中护理、手术后护理这一实际的工作过程来设置教学内容,从临床案例导入,引出学习性工作任务,根据临床护理工作程序(评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价)展开教学,学生以完成工作任务为目标实现学习。结果问卷调查显示,经过该课程教学的学生操作能力、沟通能力、协作能力优于未经该课程教学的学生(P<0.01)。参与课程教学的教师也认为该课程对学生各种能力的提高很有帮助。结论围手术期护理技术精品课程在培养学生护理职业能力的同时,培养以人为本的护理理念,注重沟通能力、临床决策能力、观察能力、自主学习能力等综合能力的培养,为学生未来的职业成长奠定良好的基础。该课程既适用于高职院校护理专业教学,也适用于医疗单位围手术期护理技术的培训,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To construct the excellent course for perioperative nursing techniques and to evaluate the teaching outcomes. Methods The teaching contents in the course were identified according to the work process of preoperative care,anesthesia nursing,intraoperative care and postoperative care. The practical learning tasks were introduced by a simulated patient and the students were asked to finish the practical tasks according to nursing process (assessment,diagnosis,planning,implementation and evaluation). Results The students' practical ability, communication skills and cooperation ability were improved significantly(P〈O.O1). Conclusion The execellent course for perioperative nursing techniques can not only improve the students' professional skills,but also train the students' people-oriented nursing philosophy and comprehensive ability such as abilities of communication,clinical decision making,observation and self-directed learning,which provides a base for the career development of nursing students.
