武汉市基层口腔医疗诊所医院感染管理现状调查

目的了解武汉市城区一级及以下医疗机构口腔诊所医院感染管理与消毒效果现状。方法采用现场问卷调查及现场采样检测方法 ,对武汉市35所基层口腔诊所进行了调查。结果在武汉市35所基层口腔诊所共采样171件,总平均合格率为84.80%。在不同监测项目中,紫外线灯合格率最低,平均仅为45.8%;其次为医护人员手,平均合格率为65.71%;其它项目的合格率均在97.06%以上。结论武汉市城区一级及以下医疗机构口腔诊所的医院感染控制工作不规范,硬件条件不到位,消毒管理制度不健全,消毒效果质量有待提高。

SURVEY ON THE PRESENT STATUS OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION MANAGEMENT OF BASIC DENTAL INSTITUTIONS IN WUHAN
