| 摘 要： | 目的了解抚顺市部分医院围手术期抗生素使用情况,为合理使用抗生素提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查方法 ,对抚顺市部分医院围手术期抗生素使用情况进行了抽样调查。结果本次调查的11所医院在2009年4月-6月间963例住院手术患者,围手术期抗生素使用率达到100%,平均使用抗生素时间为6.3 d。有12.4%的病人在术前即开始使用抗生素,有83.8%病人在术后继续使用超过3 d。采用联合使用抗生素者占44.2%,其中有45.1%的患者沿用至7 d以上。结论该医院手术病人围手术期抗生素使用率达到100%,存在过量使用和不规范使用抗生素的情况。 |
