| 摘 要： | <正> 医院是病人集聚之地,医院内各种医疗器械及有关环境遭受污染而导致医院内疾病流行并不罕见。因此,医院感染的预防是一个值得重视和研究的问题。为了解医院污染及消毒情况,我们于1986年3月对武汉市5所医院的医疗环境及消毒器械进行了调查和检测。现将结果报告如下:

INVESTIGATION ON STATUS OF CONTAMINATION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF DISINFECTION IN HOSPITALS |

| Abstract: | The status of contamination and effectiveness of disinfection in 5 hospitals of Wuhan, Hubei Province were investigated. It was found that the rate of contamination of hospital environment by Eschericnia coli was 14.0%(25/179), of which, the positivity rate of OPD of intestinal infectious diseases was 8.5%(8/94), and that of infectious disease ward was 20.0%(17/85). The result of HBsAg examination showed that the positivity rate of disinfected tooth glass in department of dentistry was 33% and that of sterilized venipuncture needle in supply center was 23.1% When the air was disinfected by ultraviolet irradiation, its bacteria count only decreased by 34～72% and the rate of detection of Streptococcus hemolyticus was 40～60%. The above results indicated that the contamination in hospitals was heavy and it is, therefore, necessary to improve the measures of disinfection and sterilization. |
