上海市托幼机构消毒质量调查

目的了解上海市托幼机构消毒质量,为做好托幼机构内传染病的防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对上海市托幼机构消毒效果进行连续监测。结果2005～2008年上海市托幼机构消毒质量合格率依次为97.88%、98.60%、98.11%和98.63%。托幼机构室内空气、餐饮具、环境物体表面、工作人员手消毒质量合格率依次为98.57%、97.83%、98.65%和97.38%。幼儿嬉水池水的水质合格率为97.09%。使用中消毒液检测质量合格率为99.90%。结论上海市托幼机构卫生消毒质量整体状况较好,工作人员手和餐饮具表面等卫生消毒质量尚存在薄弱环节。

INVESTIGATION OF THE DISINFECTION QUALITY IN NURSERIES AND KINDERGARTENS OF SHANGHAI

Objective To investigate the disinfection quality and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in nurseries and kindergartens of Shanghai. Methods On-site investigation and sampling examination method were used to conduct continuous monitoring of the effect of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of Shanghai. Results The eligible rates during 2005-2008 of monitoring were 97.88%,98.60%,98.11% and 98.63% successively. In these nurseries and kindergartens,the eligible rates of indoor air,tableware and drinking utensils,surfaces of environmental objects,hands of staff,water of playing pools for infants and disinfectant solutions in use were 98.57%,97.83%,98.65%,97.38%,97.09% and 99.90% respectively. Conclusions The sanitary disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Shanghai is good as a whole,but weak links in the disinfection quality of hands of staff,surfaces of tableware and drinking utensils remain.
