上海市托幼机构常见传染病与消毒质量监测报告

为了解上海市托幼机构消毒工作质量及卫生状况,采用现场抽样和采样检测方法,在2002~2004年进行了连续监测。结果,连续3年监测的合格率依次为97.71%、97.13%和98.02%。托幼机构室内空气卫生合格率为96.01%,餐饮具合格率为97.12%,环境物表合格率为98.29%,工作人员手合格率97.12%,使用中消毒液合格率为99.64%,嬉水池合格率为94.48%。污染超标比较多的物品有餐具,熟食砧板,桌面,玩具,便器坐垫,毛巾等。上海市托幼机构幼儿传染病发病率比较高的有手足口病,水痘,流行性腮腺炎,急性出血性结膜炎,细菌性痢疾等。结论,上海市托幼机构卫生消毒质量整体状况比较好,但存在卫生死角,特别是与幼儿接触密切的物品污染超标较多。

REPORT ON MONITORING OF COMMONLY ENCOUNTERED COMMUNICABLE DISEASES AND DISINFECTION IN NURSERIES AND KINDERGARTENS IN SHANGHAI

In order to know the quality of disinfection work and sanitary conditions in nurseries and kindergartens in Shanghai,field sampling and sampling examination method were used to carry out continuous monitoring during 2002～2004.Results: The eligible rates during 3 years of monitoring were 97.71%,97.13% and 98.02% successively.In these nurseries and kindergartens,the sanitary eligible rate of indoor air was 96.01%,eligible rate of tableware and drinking utensils was 97.12% and the eligible rates of surfaces of enviromental objects,hands of staffs,disinfectant solutions in use and playing pool were 98.29%,97.12,99.64% amd 94.48 respectively.The articles with contamination much exceeding the allowable limits were tableware,chopping blocks for cooked food,table surfaces,toys,cushion of commode,towels,etc.The pediatric communicable diseases with high morbidity in nurseries and kindergartens in Shanghai were hand-foot-mouth disease,chickenpox,mumps,acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis,bacterial dysentery,etc.Conclusions: The sanitary disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Shanghai was good as a whole,but there were still sanitary blind angles,especially the contamination of articles in close contact with the young children much exceeded the allowable limits.
