复方三氯异氰尿酸粉剂消毒相关性能的观察

摘    要:目的了解复方三氯异氰尿酸粉剂杀菌效果及影响其杀菌效果的因素。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果用含有效氯50 mg/L的复方三氯异氰尿酸水溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,平均杀灭率均达99.90%以上;含有效氯500 mg/L的该消毒液对白色念珠菌作用5 min,平均杀灭率达100%。含有效氯800 mg/L的复方三氯异氰尿酸水溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15 min,杀灭率均达100%。菌悬液内含体积分数25%小牛血清对三氯异氰尿酸杀菌效果有明显影响。结论复方三氯异氰尿酸粉剂对载体上细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢均有较强的杀灭作用,但其受有机物影响明显。

Abstract:Objective To know the germicidal efficacy of compound trichloroisocyanuric acid powder and the factors influencing its germicidal efficacy.Method Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation.Results The average killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the water solution of the compound trichloroisocyanuric acid containing available chlorine 50 mg/L for 5 min attained over 99.90%.The average killing rate of Candida albicans exposed to the disinfection solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L for 5 min attained 100% and that of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed to the water solution of the compound trichloroisocyanuric acid containing available chlorine 800 mg/L for 15 min attained 100%.25%(v/v) calf serum in the bacterial suspension had significant influence on the germicidal efficacy of trichloroisocyanuric acid.Conclusion Compound trichloroisocyanuric acid powder has relatively strong killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria,fungi and bacterial spores on carriers,but it is influenced significantly by the organic substance.
