医疗机构消毒灭菌效果的调查

为了解北京市海淀区各级各类医疗机构消毒灭菌质量,采用现场抽检方法进行了调查。结果,该区医疗机构消毒后物体表面卫生合格率为97.02%~99.32%;医务人员手检测合格率为95.08%~100%;空气消毒质量合格率为77.26%~100%;消毒液检测合格率为95.77~100%;压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果合格率为83.69%~100%。各类医院污水检测合格率为66.67%~97.83%,未检出致病菌。结论,海淀区各级医疗机构消毒灭菌质量发展不平衡,管理存在死角,需要进一步加强监督管理。

SURVEY OF DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION EFFICACY IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

In order to know the quality of disinfection and sterilization in various medical institutions of Haidian district of Beijing,on-the-spot selective examination method was used to carry out a survey.Results: In the medical institutuions of this district,the sanitary eligible rate of surfaces after disinfection was 97.02%～99.32% and that of hands of medical staffs was 95.08%～100%.The eligible rates of air disinfection quality,disinfectant solution examination and autoclave sterilization efficacy were 77.26%～100%,95.77%～100% and 83.69%～100% respectively.The eligible rate of various hospital sewages was 66.67%～97.83% and no pathogenic bacteria were detected in the sewages.Conclusions: The disinfection and sterilization quality in medical institutions of different levels in Haidian district was unequal.There was blind angle in administration and further strengthening of supervision and administration is required.
