过氧化氢复方消毒剂杀灭微生物效果的实验观察

摘    要:过氧化氢复方消毒剂含9%过氧化氢。用其2%溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌与枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用10min,杀灭率均可达100%;其5%溶液对HBsAg作用3min,可将抗原性破坏。用其2%溶液擦拭台面3遍,可将自然菌灭除9936%。

Abstract:A compound disinfectant was prepared with hydrogen peroxide (9%) as the main ingredient and dihydric acid, surfactant and chelant as the other ingredients The germicidal efficacy of the compound disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide was observed experimentally The experiment indicated that the killing rates of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to 2% solution of the disinfectant ( containing 0 18% hydrogen peroxide) for 10 min and that of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger exposed to 5% solution of the disinfectant ( containing 0 45% hydrogen peroxide ) for 5 min could attain 100% 5% solution of the disinfectant with a 3 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of both pure HBsAg and HBsAg in positive serum, while 5% solution of pure hydrogen peroxide with a 30 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of pure HBsAg and HBsAg in positive serum completely Wiping the surface of laboratory table with 2% solution of the compound disinfectant for 3 times could kill 99 36% of the natural bacteria, while wiping with water could kill only 86 01%
