殡仪场所卫生消毒状况调查

目的了解殡仪场所内的消毒卫生状况及主要影响因素,为实施有效干预措施提供依据。方法采用问卷调查和现场采样检测相结合的方法,对殡仪场所卫生消毒管理及质量状况进行了调查,分析了相关因素。结果殡仪职工普遍卫生防护意识差、消毒卫生知识缺乏,殡仪场所细菌污染严重,配备的消毒设备不足,消毒效果较差。结论国内殡仪场所卫生消毒工作缺乏有效管理,卫生状况堪忧,应改善消毒硬件设施,提高消毒质量。

STUDY ON THE STATUS OF HYGIENE AND DISINFECTION IN FUNERAL PARLORS

Objective To investigate the status and main influence factors of hygiene and disinfection in funeral parlors for exploring further effective interventions.Methods By using questionnaire survey and on-site sampling methods,the disinfection management and quality status were investigated and the relevant factors were also analyzed.Results The funeral staffs generally had poor consciousness of health protection and lacked hygiene and disinfection knowledge.The microorganism contaminations in the funeral parlors were very serious.The disinfection equipments were insufficient and the disinfection effect was poor.Conclusion The disinfection management of domestic funeral parlors is lack of effective management and the hygiene status is poor.The funeral parlors should improve the hardware facilities and the quality of disinfection.
