液态二氧化氯杀菌效果及稳定性观察

摘    要:液态二氧化氯为无色透明液体,使用前以柠檬酸活化,为了解其杀菌效果和稳定性,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验和稳定性试验。结果,以含二氧化氯 50mg/L溶液作用 10min,对悬液中白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率均为 100%。未活化的稳定性二氧化氯于 54℃存放 14d,二氧化氯下降率为 1. 20%。活化后室温放置30min,其下降率为 9. 57%;室温放置 24h,其下降率为 54. 80%。结论,该液态二氧化氯杀菌效果较好,活化前稳定性较好,活化后室温放置稳定性较差。

Abstract:The liquid chlorine dioxide is colorless transparent liquid and is activated by citric acid before use. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and stability, suspension quantitative germicidal test and stability test were carried out. Results: The solution containing chlorine dioxide 50 mg/L with a 10 min contact time killed 100% of Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension. After the unactivated stable chlorine dioxide was stored at 54℃ for 14 days, its chlorine dioxide decreased by 1.20%. After activation, staying at room temperature for 30 min resulted in decrease in chlorine dioxide by 9.57% and staying for 24 h caused decrease by 54.80%. Conclusion: This liquid chlorine dioxide has good germicidal efficacy and good stability before activation, but it is less stable after activation at room temperature.
