一种抗菌复合材料对SARS冠状病毒灭活效果评价

摘    要:为评价含有抗菌添加剂的复合材料脲醛树脂对SARS冠状病毒的灭活作用,采用细胞培养法,对污染在该抗菌材料表面的SARS冠状病毒灭活效果进行了试验观察,同时,以不含抗菌剂的相同材料作对照。结果,在室温下,含有抗菌剂的脲醛树脂材料对涂抹在其表面的SARS冠状病毒作用4h和8h,病毒滴度均有显著降低(P<0.05)。作用48h后病毒滴度降低4个log以上,经传代未见典型细胞病变,说明作用48h后已无存活病毒。而对照组至72h仍有较高的病毒滴度。结论,含有抗菌添加剂的复合材料脲醛树脂对SARS冠状病毒有明显灭活作用。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the anti-SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV) effect of Urea Mounding Compounds(U.M.C) which contain disinfectants,SARS-CoV (BJ-01strain) was smeared on the surface of U.M.C and control materials. The experimental samples were left in the clean areas of BSL-3 lab at room temperature for certain time and then collected and inoculated in Vero-E6 cells to observe the cell pathological effect (CPE). The experiment was repeated three times. After exposure to 2 kinds of U.M.C containing different ingredients for 4 and 8 hours, the virus titer was significantly reduced in comparison with controls. Virus titer decreased remarkably in 24 hours and fell to 1 log value in 48 hours, with no typical CPE observed after 48 hours when the virus was transferred from U.M.C to new Vero-E6 cell lines, suggesting that there was no live virus. But the virus titer of the control group remained high and typical CPE still could be observed by 72 hours. The results indicate that U.M.C have inactivating effect on SARS-CoV.
