摘    要:为了解不同含氯消毒剂杀菌效果及连续加入菌悬液对其杀菌效果的影响,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和能量试验,对5种品牌含氯消毒剂进行了试验研究。结果,以含有效氯300mg/L的84消毒液、金星消毒液作用5min,奇强消毒液作用15min,对大肠杆菌杀灭率均达到100%;含有效氯50mg/L的复方强氯精消毒剂和150mg/L的优氯净作用10min,对大肠杆菌杀灭率分别为99.99%和99.999%。能量试验最低合格有效氯浓度依次为84消毒液500mg/L,奇强消毒液600mg/L,金星消毒液2400mg/L,优氯净240mg/L和复方强氯精45mg/L。结论,不同品牌含氯消毒剂杀菌效果具有明显差异,对加菌液耐受力各不相同,以金星消毒液耐受力最低,复方强氯精耐受力最高。

Abstract:In order to know the germicidal efficacy of different chlorine-containing disinfectants and the influence of successive addition of bacterial suspension on their germicidal efficacy, suspension quantitative germicidal test and capacity test were used to study experimentally the chlorine-containing disinfectants of 5 brands. Results: The 84 disinfection solution containing available chlorine 300 mg/L and Jin-Xing disinfection solution with a 5 min contact time and Qi-Qiang disinfection solution with a 15 min contact time killed 100% of Escherichia coli. Compound Qiang-Lü-Jing disinfectant containing available chlorine 50 mg/L and You-Lü-Jing containing available chlorine 150 mg/L with a 10 min contact time killed 99.99% and 99.999% of E.coli respectively. In capacity test, the minimal eligible concentration of available chlorine was 500 mg/L for 84 disinfection solution, 600 mg/L for Qi-Qiang disinfection solution, 2400 mg/L for Jin-Xing disinfection solution, 240 mg/L for You-Lü-Jing and 45 mg/L for compound Qiang-Lü-Jing. Conclusion: The germicidal efficacy of chlorine-containing disinfectants of different brands is significantly different and their tolerance to addition of bacterial suspension is also different, with the tolerance of Jin-Xing disinfection solution being the lowest and that of compound Qiang-Lü-Jing being the highest.
