摘    要:<正> 当前的饮水消毒,仍以采用氯制剂为主。由于氯与天然水中的有机物可形成三氯甲烷等致癌物质,再加上欲杀灭肠道致病性病毒,须提高饮水中的加氯量,致使氯味过高,不受饮用者欢迎。协同消毒法是采用两种或两种以上的药剂来进行消毒,不仪可使各药用量减少,而且消毒效果亦比分别使用时为高。为改进饮水的消毒,选择3组协同消


OBSERVATION ON DISINFECTION OF DRINKING WATER BY SYNERGETIC ACTION OF DISINFECTANTS
Abstract:The synergetic actions of peracetic acid and silver nitrate, vitmin O and copper sulfate for killing of microorganisms in water were observed in laboratory, The results showed that Escherichia coli in water could be completely killed within 10 min after addition of peracetic acid 3 mg/L and silver ion 0,05 mg/L and that the f_2 bacteriophage in water could be inactivated in 1 min by peracetic acid 15 mg/L and silver ion 0.15 mg/L. Similarly, vitamin C and copper ion also have excellent synergetie germicidal action. Addition of vitamic C 25 mg/L and copper ion 0.2 mg/L to water resulted in complete inactivation of f_2 bacteriophage in 1 min, but more than 10 min was required for complete killing of E. coli.The experiment also indicated that addition of chlorine-containing disinfectant (calcium hypochlorite)to the mixture of vitamin C and copper ion, on the contrary, resulted in decrease of germicidal action.
