摘    要:目的观察二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒液在消毒医疗器械过程中有效氯含量变化情况,探讨其使用持续时间。方法用碘量法测定有效氯含量的方法进行了检测。结果优氯净消毒液密封存放于室温下2 h,含有效氯1000mg/L和500 mg/L的消毒液有效氯含量下降率分别为17.85%和19.59%。上述两组含量的消毒液在室温下放置12 h内,有效氯下降率分别为63.54%和61.67%。结论二氯异氰尿酸钠水溶液在室温下存放最初4h内有效氯含量下降速度最快,提示含氯消毒剂适宜现配现用。

Abstract:Objectives To observe the changes of available chlorine content in sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant during disinfection of medical equipment and to investigate the effective use duration of the disinfectant.Method Available chlorine content was measured with iodometry.Results After the sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant solution was stored in sealed condition at room temperature for 2 h,the available chlorine content(1000 mg/L and 500 mg/L) decreased by 17.85% and 19.59% respectively.After stored for 12 h,the available chlorine content decreased by 63.54% and 61.67%.Conclusions When the water solution of sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant was stored at room temperature,its available chlorine content decreased fastest during the first 4 h,suggesting that the sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant must be reconstituted just before use.
