肇庆市各级医疗机构消毒效果检测报告

为了解肇庆市各级医疗机构卫生消毒质量,加强法规化管理,采用现场抽样和微生物检测方法进行了调查。结果,室内空气卫生质量合格率为83.7%,物体表面和医护人员手卫生合格率分别为94.4%和82.4%;使用中消毒液质量合格率99.5%。紫外线灯管辐射强度检测合格率为96.8%;灭菌物品无菌合格率为94.1%。结论,肇庆市各级医疗机构卫生消毒质量比较好,但空气消毒质量合格率较低,无菌物品灭菌质量存在一定问题。

REPORT ON EXAMINATION OF DISINFECTION EFFICACY IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS IN ZHAOQING CITY

In order to know the sanitary disinfection quality in medical institutions at different levels in Zhaoqing City for strengthning the standardized administration,field sampling and microbiological examination method were used to carry out a survey.Results: The eligible rates of sanitary quality of indoor air,surfaces,hands of medical personnel,disinfectant solutions in use,radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps and sterility of sterilized articles were 83.7%,94.4%,82.4%,(99.5%.)96.8% and 94.1% respectively.Conclusions: The sanitary disinfection quality in medical institutions at different levels in Zhaoqing City was good,but the eligible rate of air disinfection quality was low and there were certain problems in sterilization quality of sterile articles.
