双链季铵盐对物体表面消毒效果的应用研究

目的观察双链季铵盐消毒剂对托幼机构不同物体表面消毒的实际应用效果。方法采用模拟现场消毒效果试验与现场消毒效果试验方法,对常规使用浓度的双链季铵盐消毒剂喷雾物体表面的消毒效果进行了检测,并与含氯消毒剂作平行比较。结果用850 mg/L双链季铵盐消毒液和有效氯含量为250 mg/L泡腾片溶液分别于三种不同材质表面喷雾4 h后,对人工污染大肠杆菌作用20 min的杀灭率为99.27%~99.69%。850 mg/L双链季铵盐消毒液喷雾木质表面4 h后,对人工污染大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌作用20 min,其杀菌效果明显好于含氯消毒液。用上述两种消毒液对托幼机构物体表面喷雾消毒20 min后,对表面上自然菌平均杀灭率均达到90%以上;喷雾消毒4 h后,季铵盐消毒液持续杀菌效果明显好于含氯消毒剂。结论双链季铵盐消毒液在物体表面喷雾消毒具有良好的持续残留杀菌效果。

STUDY ON APPLIED EFFICACY OF DOUBLE-CHAIN QUATERNARY AMMONIUM SALT DISINFECTANT ON HARD SURFACES

Objective To evaluate the applied efficacy of double-chain quarternary ammonium salt disinfectant in disinfection of different surfaces in the day-care centers.Methods The lab disinfection test and the on-site disinfection test method were used to evaluate the disinfection efficacy of double-chain quarternary ammonium salt disinfectant at ordinary concentration sprayed on the hard surface,and to compare with the chlorine disinfectant.Results Spraying on 3 different surfaces for 4 hours with 850 mg/L quarternary ammonium salt disinfectant and eftervescent tablet solution containing available chlorine 250 mg/L killed,99.27%-99.69% in average of artificially contaminated Escherichia.coli after 20 minutes of contact time.The efficacy of 850 mg/L dauble-chain quarternary ammonium salt disinfectant sprayed on wood surface for 4 hours was obviously better than that of chlorine disinfectant in killing artificially contaminated E.coli,Staphyloccocus aureus and Candida albican after 20 minutes of contact time.Spraying disinfection of the day-care center object surfaces with above 2 different disinfectants for 20 minutes killed more than 90% in average of the natural bacteria,and the quarternary ammonium salt disinfectant was obviously better than chlorine disinfectant 4 hours after disinfection.Conclusion Spraying disinfection of the object surfaces with quarternary ammonium salt disinfectant has good continuous disinfection efficacy.
