某碘伏与胍类复合消毒剂消毒相关性能研究

摘    要:目的研究一种聚维酮碘和醋酸氯己定复方消毒剂的消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和毒理学试验方法,对该消毒液的杀菌效果和毒性进行观察。结果该消毒剂含聚维酮碘5 090 mg/L和醋酸氯己定320 mg/L。用该消毒剂原液作用1 min,对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均> 5.00。用该消毒剂原液擦拭消毒志愿者前臂并作用1 min,对皮肤自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均> 1.00。该消毒剂对小鼠急性经口LD50值> 5 000 mg/(kg·bw);小鼠骨髓嗜多染细胞微核试验结果为阴性;一次破损皮肤刺激试验结果为轻刺激性,一次阴道黏膜刺激结果为极轻刺激性。结论该复合消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果和使用安全性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the disinfection-related performance of a compound iodine-containing disinfectant,so as to provide scientific basis for practical application. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test and toxicology experiment methods were used to observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of a compound iodine disinfectant. Results The compound iodine disinfectant contained 5 090 mg/L povidone iodine and 320 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate. With this compound iodine-containing disinfectant stock solution for 1 min,the killing logarithmic values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonus aeruginosa and Candida albicans in the suspension were all > 5. 00. The disinfectant stock solution was used to wipe and disinfect the volunteers’ forearms with the action time of 1 min,and the average killing logarithmic values of skin natural bacteria were all > 1. 00. The acute mice oral toxicity LD50 of the disinfectant was > 5 000 mg/( kg·bw). The result of the micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow polychromatic cells was negative. The result of a broken skin irritation test was mild,and the result of a vaginal mucosal irritation was very light irritating. Conclusion The compound iodine-containing disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect and safety.
