| 摘 要： | 目的：研究卒中后抑郁（post—strokede pression，PSD）发生率及相关因素。方法：对136例脑卒中病人进行一般资料、神经功能缺损程度评分、Barthel指数（BI）评分及汉密抑郁量表（HAMD）17项版本评分，把患者分为PSD组和非PSD组，对PSD的相关因素进行单因素和Logistic逐步回归分析。结果：PSD的发生率为55．88％，最后筛选出的PSD的相关因素为：家庭关系，BI。结论：PSD的发生率较高，PSD的发病与生物、社会、心理等多因素相关。
