| 摘 要： | 目的]研究护理干预对乳腺癌化疗病人癌因性疲乏与生活质量的影响.方法]将60例乳腺癌术后化疗病人随机分为对照组和干预组.对照组采用常规护理,干预组给予系统化护理干预,应用简易疲乏量表与生活质量调查问卷表分析干预前后两组病人的癌因性疲乏与生活质量.结果]干预后干预组病人生活质量、功能状况及癌因性疲乏程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);癌因性疲乏与病人生活质量呈负相关.结论] 乳腺癌化疗病人癌因性疲乏与生活质量互相影响,系统化护理干预可消除或减轻癌因性疲乏,提高乳腺癌病人术后化疗的生活质量.
