临床健康教育路径在腰椎间盘突出手术病人中的应用

目的]探讨临床健康教育路径应用于腰椎间盘突出病人的效果.方法]将116例腰椎间盘突出病人分成两组,实验组和对照组各58例,对照组按传统模式进行健康教育,实验组按制定好的临床健康教育路径进行健康教育.结果]实验组病人健康教育掌握情况和对护理工作满意度均优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论]将临床健康教育路径应用于腰椎间盘突出手术病人可提高健康教育质量和病人对护理工作的满意度.

Application of clinical health education path for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients during undergoing operation

Objective:To probe into the effect of clinical health education path applied for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients. Methods: A total of 116 prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients were divided into test and control group equally 58 cases each. Health education was carried out for patients in control group based on traditional mode. However, test group cases were carried health education based on clinical health education path worked out before. Results: Both the mastering of health education and the satisfaction of testing group cases toward nursing work were better than that of control group cases. There was statistical significant difference between the two group cases (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical health education path applied for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients during undergoing operation can enhance both health education quality and satisfaction of patients toward nursing work.
